Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 15.6% and state or local mandated taxes or assessments.
Guests wishing to cancel their reservations should inform the hotel no later than 6:00 pm on the day prior to their arrival date to avoid the cancellation fee of one night at the room rate plus tax.
An early departure fee of $75.00 will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date and the Hotel is unable to book an equivalent room type.

Transportation

Flying into Seattle? The Link Light Rail is the best way to reach downtown Seattle and the meeting hotel (exit at Westlake Station).
Purchase tickets before borading at kiosks in the station.
Payments may be made by cash or credit card Fares range from from $2.25 to $3.25.
Airport to Westlake Station: 38 min Trains are available 5 am to 1 am Monday through Saturday and 6 am to midnight on Sunday Trains run every 6, 10, or 15 minutes depending on time of day
